autozone filter

if i went to autozone and bought a cone filter, what if i just took off my box in my stock kae then just put a cone only around where the box used to be, would that work?

That is what a lot of people do. Most use a K&N, but I bought an Apex'i myself.

ya but it wont do much for you. if you really want to see at least a little change, make a short ram like so:and if you really wanna get fancy you can drill through the battery tray and mmount the filter down behind the vents and ambers for a little more flow. hope that helps
