Autometer temp gauge for S14

Can I use the stock temp sensor to send signal to my Autometer water temp gauge?

If I can, do I have to disconnect the stock gauge or can I run them in parallel? Can I also parallel the front O2 sensor output for the A/F meter at the ECU?

im not sure but i would think you could splice into them. i dont see why not

Ok for the water temp, you have to use autometers sending unit(pretty sure) but you can still use both if you T the fittings so both sending unit are in place. For the a/f ratio, you can either run it from the ecu or the o2 sensor itself.
