Ok I am interested in adding a feature to my automatic windows. On the driver side I have a "A" on my window switch and when I press it, it goes all the way down. I would like to add this feature to the other 3 windows (passenger, and rear windows) or at least the passenger one because I like to drive with my windows down.

Does anyone have an knowledge of how to do this or anything that would help me out? I know nothing about wiring cars and all that so anything would help. If this task is just not worth the money also let me know because I don't want to spend a million dollars on adding something that won't be that useful.

Thanks in advanced guys!

you will have to get the window switch from the 09max and 4 individual door switches that have the Window symbol with the A in it.

this should work in theory but i do not know if any thing in the BCM needs to be turned on.

The switch and the motor are a unique pair that communicate, and then throw the BCM into the mix. Totally hypothetically, you could buy another switch for your specific vehicle take it apart and if possible remove the LH switch then place it in the RH position of the switch on the vehicle. Then get a LH door motor if its compatible with the RH (if it goes the correct direction), rewire from the switch to the motor, 4 extra wires, and whala. totally hypothetical though. definitely possible, if I had the money to blow on the switches etc... I would do it and post a how to, that sounds like a fun challenge.

In my tiida i put a eletronic module to close the windows when i turn on the alarm. In the other windows that are not auto, this module can up the windows with a single touch. But only up, to get down i have to hold the button. I will try to do a video to explain better.

The module is this:

That is just beautiful. I have heard of that feature on cars but I've never seen it operate before. It's even amazes me more because the Versa doesn't come with that feature packed and for you to do it I think that is really cool. Now on to my research of finding that alarm unit as well as pricing to see if it would be worth it for me to do that... Thnx very much

I have seen this feature before, but it was on my brother's BMW. He can open/close the convertible top and windows without starting the car!

Imagine if I could show him that my Versa did the same thing (with the windows)?

That is awesome that you did that (barra). How did you do that?

This module is made in brazil.

Product site: http://www.tecquantum.com.br/detalhes.asp?cod=60

Installation manual: http://www.tecquantum.com.br/manuais.asp?manual=60

In Brazil it costs 70 usd, i think you can find it more cheaper. I bought in the same locate that i put my door mouldings.
