Im a new owner of a G35x, is the transmission a sealed unit or is there a way to check fluid?

What year?

On my 07 there is a dipstick on the back of the block it is hidden by a giant plastic cover. 5 10mm bolts hold on the plastic cover. 1 10mm bolt holds the dipstick to the tube
