I reinstalled the automtic transmission to the KA engine after my KA swap. Now after the car warmed up and drive it for like 3 minutes, the temp gauge is showing it is overheating. But i don't see any problem in the cooling system. Could it be the transmission oil is over heating? Also, after driving it for a while, the OD light came on and off sometimes, and then when i rn the self diagnosis, the ECM will tell me some sensors are wrong. But then switch off and n and recheck it, everything is ok again. Is it the oil level is low or just the connection wiring has some problem? Really don't know what is going on.

I have bleeded the cooling system like three times as shown in the FSM. Now does the temp gauge show the temperature of the transmission oil too?

no it will not show the temp of the trans that is only for coolant. check to make sure you have you upper and lower rad hoses connected properly[not swapped] also make sure you T-stat is in properly. The trans issue is a totally different concern, start by checking the fluid level on the dip stick with the car running in park.
