Automatic transmission gurus, please help

I have three automatic transmissions that have sat on my shop shelves for 15 years. They are from VG30DE and DET engines and have model tags 51x00 and 51x16. I have spent hours trying to find the factory manual that references them with no success. I plan to send a trans to Level 10, and one of these would be very convenient if they contain the gear ratios and build-ability that I need. Anyone familiar with these transmissions? How they compare to the TT/Q45 trans?
