Automatic Transmission Fluid question

I went in today for a transmission drain and fill. Previously, I had the trans flushed with Matic-D fluid at my usual shop. When I went into the shop today (the usual guys moved to another city, so this is a new shop) they did the drain and fill with Mercon V.

Will this mix be okay or am I totally screwed?

Well go back and tell him to put the right stuff in.

Or you can wait till damage occurs then take it to the dealer and see what they say caused the damage and sue the shop that did the work for a new transmission.
