Hehe, since my oil flow info was answered so quickly, I figured I'd ask a transmission flow question.

For the auto 89 240sx, there are 2 hardlines, one extending out to the radiator on the passenger side, and one pointing more toward the driver side.

Which way does the flow go? Passenger->Radiator->Driver? or the other way around?

I know it usually doesn't matter, but I would like to know for when I run my transmission cooler and possibily do my own version of a transmission flush .

THANKS AGAIN!

Flows out of oil cooler tube on left(driver's) side of trans case, to oil cooler, and back into right(pass) side oil cooler line. I'm not really an auto guy, but I know this is correct for the KA24DE, but I'm not sure whether or not the ka24e uses the same auto trans. I'll take a look at my buddies shop, he has a ka24e auto trans sitting in his shop in his "to the scrapyard" pile that we ripped out of an 89 fastback w/spun crank bearings.
