Automatic topspeed?

Did a search and read that the s14 automatic transmission doesnt have a top speed governor, anyone know if this is true?

nom it has no limiter ive had mine to 140-145

lol, yea, ive gone way past the speedo with the speed sensor cut, but the 5k limiter cut in on the fun, never went that fast again, kinda scary if u think about it, ur doing a city block every few sec

if you could go to redline the ratios allow like 170 or so
