Welcome to Nico!

the basic list of mode is generally intake, exhaust aand ECU, all the bolt ons are still only going to make marginal improvements in power, if you want serious power increase, save up for the TT conversion, it's gonna be the best bang for the buck, if you do the iintake ans exhaust upgrades they will swap over if you decide to do the TT swap later, the ECU would have to be retuned, and should you decide small power increase is enough you can add headers, underdrive ulleys etc but you'll still be well short of where the TT is in stock trim

LOL

WELCOME TO NICO DUDE!tt simply means twin turbo, the 300zx comes in the na (naturaly aspirated motor{vg30de}) and also the twin turbo (turbocharged motor{vg30deTT}) models. what was meant by "save up for the tt swap" was to instead of swapping the auto transmission for a manual transmission and modding your na motor, you can simply take the vg30deTT from a turbo charged z and drop it into your NA z with a few modifications. if you get a full tt front clip for your z it will come with the vg30dett motor, the turbos and manifolds, the side mount intercoolers, ECU, and transmission. so all you have to do is find a manual front clip and you will be all good!! as far as exhaust, it will be a little harder to find an exhaust for a 2+2 seeing as alot of well nknown companies make exhausts only for the t seater models but what might be a bit easier for you would be to have a mufler shop cmake custom piping for you cat back and then just pick out whatever mufflers you want to attach to the back.

oh and it is well worth doing the auto to manual swap! the 5speed stock tt puts out 300 hp, where as the auto stock tt puts out only about 280, which is a big differenc though it might not seem like it. prob witht that tho is all the mods you will have to do to swap the transmission, its gonna be kinda expensive

even if you stay NA the automatic to manual conversion is well worth it -- i did it on my last z and added a JWT clutch and lightened flywheel -- a whole new world ! still not turbo but a whole lot more fun

Thank you very much!!!! oh by the way..do you know the estimate price for the TT Conversion? and/or the Swap from Automatic to Manuel. Oh, whats the difference between Powershifter and Manuel? and is the "JDM VG30 T.T 300ZX ENGINE" same as a vg30dett?

i had my auto to manual swap done by ultimate z -- all stock would have been ~3,000 -- mine was a little more because i upgraded to JWT sport and a light flywheel -- ~3500

if you just got it -- i think NSRz32 usually has the best advice -- buy a tt front clip and you get it all -- however you have to be mechanical to do the swap -- and it is still stock -- or save up the money and have a place like Z1 do it -- that is around 7800 not including the manaul trans -- but it is a 400hp monster
