its actually not hard....as long as you have all the parts needed. there are some websites with the info, you just have to look around. heres what I got for my install. clutch pedal assyclutch master and hydrlic line and slavestandard transmission bellhousing and flywheel boltsflywheel ,clutchthrowout and pilot bearingtranny and crossmember..actually, i think that i just turned my crossmember around.driveshaft, maybe just the front, half but I got both parts shifter stuffs. hope I didnt forget anything. onlyt mods I did was to drill the firewall for the master and there are pilot holes on where to drill. hope this helps

2foshizo, the auto-5spd swap isn't difficult at all. Like 250sx said, as long as you got all the parts you need, it's a breeze. 240sx.org has a step-by-step install guide on how to do it in an s14, it'll be about the same for your car.

I got a killer deal on what I needed to perform the job on my girlfriend's 89 coupe. Everything that 250sx listed I got for 200 bucks, but that's because a friend wrapped his 240 around a tree and it was all up for grabs anyway.

As far as the s15 front conversion on your car, what's up man? Don't you know you're supposed to perform first, and bling LAST? What good is a car that looks like a Silvia but can't even beat my 91 Honda SI ?

I just bought a 5sp donor car for $700 and swapped everything I needed over to my car!

I have heard of people getting converions for $900-1200 so I think I did pretty good!
