automatic to 5spd everything change

i have two Nissan 300z's 1 automatic and 1 5spd. 5spd is totaled and want to swap engine and transmission into the automatic. i have all the parts needed, but on the firewall of the automatic where the clutch master cylinder goes it feels like plastic. is there some thing that i need here or do i just punch the pedal shaft hole in it and dill the holes for the bolts or do i need to purchase an adapter of some sort.

All you have to do is punch the holes. It was pretty easy, you shouldn't have to drill anything.

so do i also need to change any of the harnesses or just the transmission computer and the main computers. and are any of the plugs difrent between these 2 years of 300z

the 2 cars have different looking master cylinders areas, on one its acualy on the fire wall on the other its like a punch out that shows where the bolts go but not the clutch pedal shaft to the interior of car.

I had to dremel out that area. was a thin layer of sheet metal. a carbide bit on a 90 degree air grinder works the best. you should be able to see where the bolt holes go from under the hood area. the center hole where the master cylinder goes in about 2.5 inches wide. id take alittle at a time until it fits good. I just did mine on a 90 2+2 na

thanks you for your input folks , much appreciated. if you remove the plate that is there the bolt holes are behind it. i looked under the dash and removed the carpet cap and found the holes behind it. the plate is just clued in
