Automatic seatbelts

I plan on getting a 240sx hatch for my first car and I really want the auto seatbelts. But do all of them come with them or is it an option thing? And if it's only on certain years what years?

All S13 1989-1993 240sx USDM have the auto belts except the convertibles in 1992 & 1993.

Also, they are 100% covered for life of car under Federal restraints warranty - no matter what Johnny Dealer Service Manager says.

Awesome thanks for your help. And i've seen a few people with problems with it so i'm probably going to need that warranty.
