is there any way i could unplug them when there all the way back behind the drivers seat so they willl stay there and not slide foward

I guess you could take the side panel off and unplug the motor. I think the fuse for it is also the fuse for the clock if I remember right.

or you can lift up the center console and unplug the automatic seatbelt ecu.

Is there a more indepth article or how-to for this? Hopefully I'll be an s13 owner next month, so I thought this might be good to know

If anything just replace them, it's not worth unplugging them. Just swap to the jdm manual belts.
