Automatic obdII into 95 manual

I finished putting in a 96 automatic ka into my obdI manual a little while ago and now it seems that at low rpms it has no power. When I take off from a stop the car will stall or has trouble taking off. Even at higher rpms it just doesn't seem to have the power the old motor did. For some weird reason the rpm limiter doesn't kick in until about 6500-6600 rpms. I have recently changed cap, rotor, and spark plugs which did not help. Maybe someone knows if there is a difference between these motors because I know on some cars automatics will use different cams than a manual.

The MT and AT motors are identical. Your new motor may have a problem.
