:wtf2: I purchased an item a week ago from this site. I called the number,1 888 558 8489, four times; that they list on the invoice to follow up the order. No one ever answers the phone or responds to the voice mails I left. In addition, my email to customer service on 8/18 has never been acknowledged. Has any one else dealt with them? What was your experience? Thanks in advance for a response.

I wouldn't wait any longer. If you used a credit card, I'd say go ahead and cancel it before its too late.

I don't have the time or patience to deal with companies that are good enough to take my money, but not good enough to answer emails/calls/questions.
