automatic moving seat 1996 Q45

My automatic seat has stopped working. What do I do to reactivate it so it moves when I leave the car and returns after reentry. Thanks jaj48

Make sure the button behind the steering wheel adjustment on the left side of the steering column is not depressed. You should see a ring of white paint around the base of the button.

If that doesn't fix it try reprogramming. This thread should help:
