AUTOMATIC KA24DE STALLING.... PLEASE HELP

i have a 92 240sx with ka24de, its an automatic, its all stock except a full exhaust.

my problem is that when i put it in gear (i.e. drive or reverse and even 1st and 2nd) it will stall and i have no idea what would cause this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

i posted a video on youtube but that one is a little hard to see what going on, but im in the process of posting a better one

find an 89 FSM and I remember a full diagonistic guide for troubleshooting Automatic transmissions. You might want to drop the trans oil pan and replace the filter and fluid. Add the right amount. Too little can can slipping too much can make the ATF foamy.

Thanks for the help and the link to that diagnostics guide. i swapped out the ATF and its still doing the same s***. i looked over the troubleshooting guide and i found the symptoms so im gonna look into that and try to fix it.
