automatic ECU

is the automatic ECU for the DE just plug and play and it erases all speed limiters? everything els is the same right? Im thinking about buying one so I dont have to deal with all the speed limiter crap anymore. Thanks.

I think if you're using it on a 5 speed you're check engine light will be on due to not actually having a manual transmission. Other than that, from what I hear, you sir are correct.

pop the light bulb out, forget about the codes

the idle might not be perfect, slight differences there. the car will still run fine tho, try it out cant hurt.

May I ask why you need to go above 120 MPH?

speed limiters on 240's are actually about 115.

certain people need to go past that just at the drag track, especially if your tires are shorter than stock your ecu sees higher speeds

otherwise some are interested in top speed, i admit its fun but i dont do it too often. most i have ever gone was about 125.

Exactlt, 120 down the 1320 and highway racing. 115 comes up way to fast when your racing almost anything with a V8 nowadays.
