automatic ecu on a manual

i heard somewhere that if i take the ecu out of an automatic 240 i can bypass all the rev limiters, top speed limiters, and fuel cuts, is it true? and what else do i have to do to make it work?

for what motor? sr or ka?

on s13 sr it works fine 62 ecu is for standard but u can use 63 ecu for auto with no modifications and now im using e5 coz its more aggressive... i used an 63 auto and 62 ecu before and worked on my sr...

also with ka... they are interchangeable...
