automatic door locks

Upon startup doors lock automatically.How do you disable this feature without disableing door locks

I don't think this is a standard feature with the vert. This sounds more like an aftermarket car alarm. I had one on my M30 vert that would lock the doors automatically after I started the car.

that's definitely an aftermarket sytem whether it's an alarm or just a remote locking system. do you have the remote for it? if so look on the back and find out who the manufacturer is then go to their website and see if you can find out if there's a way to disable it...most systems use a sequence with the valet button.

or you can remove the system altogether.

I do have an aftermarket alarm system. Will look at disabling it. Thanks for your replys
