First: Yes, you can use KYB AGX or any other shocks with HICAS. It makes no difference. Don't pay attention to the disclaimer, it doesn't apply to the 240SX.

Second: I've had the AGX for about 3 months now with heavy-duty springs, I have no complaints about the ride or handling, both are pretty good. If I had it to do all over again I would have picked Koni's instead of AGX, but only because my spring rates are higher than the AGX is rated for.

Third: Not yet...but give me a few months...:D

Anytime...one last thing, when you install the rear AGX make sure the adjustment dial is facing inward towards the diff, not out towards the wheel. The instructions that come with it are incorrect. The bottom peg that the rear strut bolts on to is slightly tapered and the strut's mounting ring is beveled to match it.

I have a HICAS model with the AGX and Eibach sportline springs. It is a great setup and although there is not as much adjustability they still perform well. I put my shocks on 1/4F3/8R for street driving in SoCal and It is stiff but not backbreaking. The Stiffest setting is quite stiff for street driving. I haven't had a chance to track test it yet for grip driving, was excellent for drift though.

Install was not a problem at all. that disclaimer is total B.S. I've had mine for about three years now and never had any problems with them at all. They still adjust as if they were new. They were the perfect setup for me when I bought them cause it was only $260 for the shocks and $190 for the springs. You may as well just go with coilovers for what you are gonna pay for them nowadays.

the only problem is it does sit a little low and my exhaust occasionally scrapes on some of the demon speedbumps we have out here in cali. Hope this helps.
