Autocross classing help

All over the world, Nissan products are involved in road racing, track days, time attack and autocross.

What class do you guys think I would be in. I was thinking a prepared class.

93' 240sx, intake, exhaust, coilovers , stripped interior

Any help would br greatly appreciated.

looks @ the scca rulebook and read... it's available on scca.com.

intake, exhaust, coilovers only put u in STS.

stripped interior, depends on what you stripped... back seat = SM, any plastic panels = E Prepared, or a "no holds SM class" locally (i.e. there is a CSM class which lies rite btwn SM & E Prepared in my region).

Prepared, which is also where you'll find all the super hacked up cars made just for autocross. Most aren't even street legal anymore. Which means you have no chance to be competitive. You might say you only want to do it for fun and you're not worried about being competitive, but after you're first race you'll be putting that interior back in. Your best bet is STS, the 2006 National STS winner was in a 240.
