Auto-X questions

I've been reading up on Auto-X, and I have a question:

Is there a minimum age to compete? I've read different things in different places.

You have to have a valid driver's licience. If you only have an instruction permit, you can do it, but a parent must be riding with you in the car.

where i am, youre "supposed" to be at least 18, but they dont actually check. the only time they see your license is when you borrow a helmet, they hold on to your license for collateral.

they dont hold anything here for helmets. I guess it's just an honor system.
