Good Morning Everyone,

So I have had the V since Jan 17th, I really like it and am glad I changed my order to the SL (I have been using the ABS tons) My question is.....

My auto up on the window is not working. I went to Timmy's for a coffee last night from Work @ about 0300L and the car was super cold. I unrolled to order and then had to drive back (less then a KM) with the window down as it wouldn't go up (not auto up.... not at all!!) And now the auto up is not working at all. Does anyone else in T.O. WPG etc.... have this problem with the recent cold snap?

And just funny.... I saw my car's twin @ the Chinese market yesterday, same color but cleaner and even almost the same licence, fine lookin car I must say!!

This is an odd problem with the auto-up feature. My guess is somehow the power to the window was disconnected and then reconnected(possibly through shrinkage and expansion due to the temperature). When power is disconnected the auto-up feature has to be reprogrammed. You should just have to roll the window down a little more than halfway and then roll it back up but when it gets back to the top hold the button in the up position for at least 4 seconds. Try this first, if it doesn't work then you have a more serious problem and should probably take it in to the dealership.

Hey Justmerging.... it worked!!

I mis-read the instruction you gave but I re-read it and it's fine now. You have saved me a trip to the dealership, I totally appreciate it!!

Had the failed BCM module replaced in my Versa today, which seems to have fixed the TPMS issue. YEAH.

But, on the way home, I noticed half way home that the Auto-Up no longer works.

It worked fine at 8am this morning and at 7pm, when I next tried it, it doesn't work.

So, does the Auto-Up function/control reside on the BCM?

When the battery is disconnect, the feature becomes disabled. You'll need to follow the procedures above to reset it.
