There's auto transmission fluid at basically every autoparts store. If you are having a hard time finding it, try asking a store clerk. I've bought many quarts @ Kragen, AutoZone, Pep Boys, etc. Just make sure to run whatever it was in the 240 user manual - I believe it's dexron iii.

And since you asked, I run the Valvoline Auto Tranny Fluid, Dexron III or Dexron III/IV - something like that.

step one... take your automatic out and burn it... step two... buy a manual, and go find a donor junker to throw it in with... step three upgrade the clutch... way more ponies to the ground

Hey jackass we all get it, yes the 5spd is better to have in your car. Some people aint got the f*** money. Step one, crash your 240 into a ditch and burn it! step two go buy a Ferrari, way more ponies to the GROUND MAN! Just go get a Ferrari buddy its that easy whats stopping you?

Nissan ATF Or DEXRON ATF is what the manual calls for s13. S14 is Nissan Matic D.

Since your going in there if it's not too late why not upgrade your fluid. I don't know how strong the auto trans is but it wouldn't hurt to put some synthetic juices in there. I use Redline brand in my cars. Its added protection and performance for just a little more. Considering transmission oil changes happen only 40-60,000 miles its kind of a no brainer.
