ive heard its not good to shift your auto like a manual transmission? will this hurt my car and why!

no it won't hurt your car, but it doesn't make it shift any faster. Let the transmission shift on its own.

HOOOW THE ****K, do you make it shift like a MANUAL. Letting your rfoot off the gas when its about to shift?

on i meant manualy shifting the gears to let it rev highter 1-2-3-od otherwise the coputer shifts to soon, and i also down shift manually to keep it in 2nd gear while i autocross i only use 1st and 2nd
