Hey guys, can you tell me where you fill up the automatic transmission fluid and where the drain plug is underneath for a 1996 240sx?? I'm beginning to notice hesitation when it shifts from 3rd to 4th. I don't want to drain the pan and all that, just drain what will come out and fill with new. Thanks guys

ok, the drain plug for auto is on the sump of the gearbox, the first sump looking under the front is the engine. the one further back is the one you want. 19mm socket, will need a 6litre tray to catch old oil. The filler tube is under hood, ussually on drivers side by brake booster, it will be a long f***in dipstick, fill through tube, will need a good funel that will fit in tube nicely. pour 4litres in after drained and put plug back in, make sure washers looks good before refitting, and dont crank it too tight. run engine in Park, once have put 4l in, car should be on level ground when checking level while engine running. don't over fill. get level spot on.Use castrol Dextron III
