The stock transmission fluid lines should run through the radiator. But thats probably it. Putting an aftermarket cooler on will lengthen the lifespan of your auto. You might want to consider installing a stall converter instead of a complete manual conversion. Are you going turbo??

yeah i am goin to turbo...in the long and strenuous process of saving for it... can u recommend a good stall convertor for me to check out? i know the auto would never misshift or anything from driver error, but theyre just so boring

Precision Industries is the best maker on the market IMHO. If they don't make one specifically for your car then they'll take your stock one and change the stall to whatever you want.

The last time I ran the car, before I dismantled it for selling, it was hitting 12.1's consistent with one 11.9. She dynoed at 498RWHP.

The 1/4 was with BFG drag radials, I was running 13's on regular rubber.
