Well after doing some maintenance on the motor, giving it seafoam, oil changes etc the car works great

but my automatic transmission had a lil problem since i changed the oil, It takes a while to shift to 2nd when the car is cold, it just stays in 1st until i rev high or until the car gets a lil heat.

BUT thats not the worst part, the transmission after that i was doing 40 kms, and i dropped the gear from D to 2, it didnt grind or any noise, just pushed back with teh preassure, then when the night came it got messed up in 3rd and 4th gear.... when im in 1 and 2 its ok, but in 3rd gear around 3200 rpms, on moderate accel the rpms seem to be rising and when it hits 3200 it kindda dies down to 2600.... BUT the worst thing is that if i give it Full Accel, the motor just goes to redline and doesnt engages... just like full accel on a N gear....

Soooo, ok gave it full maintenance, got the 1st gear problem when cold, and the 3rd gear dying and revving just like when i revv in N never engages...

What can i check and do?

How many miles on it? When was the last time it was flushed? Does the fluid look nice and red or burned and brown? Does it smell burned? Is there the right amount of fluid in it?

Well the story is the transmission was DRY for some time, almost 3 months ago i noticed and i gave it some fluid, all well, pretty good, then started the 1st gear getting stuck until the car was hot then it shifts ok,

and now after the oil change and seafoam, the damn 3rd gear Dies on 3200 drops to 2600 and stays low there, if i accel it then at Full, it disengages goes to redline, limits and never engages.....

well the car has 163K miles, the fluid i think it has TOO much, its over the detox hot and cold lines, and it looks green i think?

im gonna reset the ECU i hope that fixes it, im really lost here, i hope its not mechanical just electrical issue...

Hmmmmm weird.... gave it some Carb Cleaner anti hesitant techniques on the MAF and Throttle, and gave it one hell of a spin, its responding pretty good, but still i know that when its cold ill get the problems back, so i have to flush & replace the fluid... also new brakes.... these ones are done for
