When doing the five speed swap do you have to have the five speed drive shaft.

And can you use the s13 pedals in the s14 body.

yes you need a manual drive shaft and i would assume theres no problem with the pedals

The s13 pedals work fine in the s14. The s14 pedals sit a little crooked in the s13 though. Everyone always says that you have to use the manual driveshaft because the auto is too long. I was think about maybe cutting a little bit off of the input shaft on the auto so it would be the same length as the manual.

I just finished my 5 speed swap and I still have my old auto driveshaft lying around. I might measure the length of the manual, and cut the auto down to size and see if it works. Just for sheetz and giggles

Yeah, I was curious if it would work or not. I'll try it when I get the chance sometime. I can't do anything now because of the snow
