What's up peeps? I know that there is a thread about auto to manual conversions, but I just want to know something. Are there any significant drawbacks or long term side effects to doing this conversion. The car is a '93 hatchback so that you know. I just don't want to do the work and have it bite me in the *** later on with a bunch of problems. Thanks in advance for the help.

Also on a side note; the car is the aforementioned year and it has about 52K on the odometer. Does anyone see a potential red flag about this?:help
