can i change an auto s14 to manual with s15 motor? will i have enough clerence and if this will work will it cost any more than regular swaping?

you mean s15 motor and trans? first off, yeah it will fit fine. second, it will cost you more money. you need extra:

s14 manual driveshaftclutch master cylinderclutch slaveclutch hard line and rubber linesclutch and break pedals

and i think thats all for the manual conversion. your swap whould come with a clutch already but it might not be a bad idea to upgrade to at least a stage 2 clutch

actually, the S14 driveshaft won't work, IIRC. The S15 trans is slightly longer, necessitating a shorter driveshaft.
