ok I am thinking about getting an automatic 240 since those things are so much easier to find around here and making it into a manual..now how hard would that be. I have another 240 (wrecked) with a 5 speed and everything, so can I just use the parts from my 240 and swap a manual instead of auto? or would I have to get additional parts?

All your parts will swap, if you have the complete engine that'd probably be the easiest, You'll have to swap everything down to the the pedals. : ) The wholes are already cut, just unbolt everything from your manual, and bolt it in to the automatic. You'll need some console pieces and such as well. : ) Good Luck!
