auto to manual swap problem

So this past weekend i was installing the transmission and i did everything like the write ups. i am running the auto ecu and the control module for the auto. i cut off the old wires from the transmission and took them out and some i couldnt so i just used twisties and electrical tape so nothing happens and i bypassed the neautral/park thing. i havent ran the wire from the 5th and neautral position from the transmission to the ecu.but my question is, it has problem starting. when i turn it over i just hear a loud click. when i check my battery it had about 75% juice, so i charged it up and wait some, and tried again. Loud click again. then wait some more and it slowly started. once it started ir reved up to 1k then dropped down and died, then i started again and after that it ran fine and started fine.do u think its the battery or something else is wrong?

you might have done something with your starter when you removed and replaced it. i would take it off and take it to discount auto parts. you might have moved around some dirt in the solenoid

i tried to start it last night and it started normal. i think it just might be the battery since i didnt use the car for like a week. i will try to start it tonite and see how it goes.
