hello everyone at nicoclub!i recently bought a 93 s13, its auto, and i had planned on doing a sr20DET swap, but i figured i might as well see what i can do with my current KA cause the sr is way out of my budget, atleast until im done highschool.

what all would i need, and how much could this put me back doing this swap?

well..i would try to get another ka24de with a 5 speed attached to it..that way your not down a ride whil getting set up for your swap..once you have those..you might..might as im not shure..possibly need the lower engine harness..and maybe the ecu from the manual ka car..other nicco heads will add to this man..give it time thou

haha i was lucky when i got the transmission the harness was still on it. you should do a couple searching around here. i remember seeing like 1 or 2 threads about the 5 spd swap.

you do not need the manual ecu for a '93. Use the green wire that leads to the transmission for your reverse setup. Go to google and type in 240sx auto to manual swap and you will discover the world. That is how I accessed all info for the swap
