How much work does it take? Just pulling one out and putting one in? WIll the ECU hate me for it?. Could i just replace the ECU with a manual S13 ECU? Need new motor mounts? Just asking cause i havent been able to find a manual 240SX and even autos are getting hard to find, so im about to resign my self to buying an auto and eventually swapping it over. How expensive will the conversion be (cost of transmission, cost of ECU, cost of all else (mounts etc...)

And while i had the transmission out would it be worth it to get a light weight clutch and flywheel? Ive heard lightweight flywheels are hard on clutches. As much as a I want an awsome 240, i also would need it to be daily driveable (its to be my first car if i can find a good one).

Yes there have been numerous posts about this recently, and if you searched you should have found the answers to all the questions you asked.

The ECU doesn't care, as long as you jumper two wires together behind the engine compartment fuse box.

Click my Cardomain link, it has my auto-manual swap writeup.

And yea, while the transmission is out I would go ahead and get a lightweight flywheel/better clutch. Those two mods aren't really going to affect daily driveability.
