AUTO to Manual: ECU question about JWT MANUAL ECU IN AUTO Shell

I was reading in the auto to manual conversion stuff but i couldnt find anything really about just useing the manual ecu...?

I bought a JWT ECU made for turbo ... Im looking at buying a 240sx thats auto casue the shell IS in great condition hardly any rust... but its auto I also own a 240sx 1991 manual so i have everything I could need for the swap. I just want to know if the Manual JWT ecu i have will just plug into the auto shell and run fine with out any super wiring problems... I know i have to splice some wires so the car thinks its in park. The car is also a 1989 so i have to do a sohc to dohc swap too and at the same time boost it lol its all going to be fun... hehee
