Some of your posts make me wonder if you think before you click reply.

OP, if you're using the automatic ECU I'd keep the auto TPS. I drove around for a few weeks with the automatic ECU and automatic TPS, then I switched to a manual ECU and kept the automatic TPS. I know have a manual TPS, they all work the same.

The only difference I believe is the auto TPS has an extra plug for some sort of transmission sensor.

that's all i needed to know thanks.... I have the FSM's and they dont go into much detail on the difference between auto and manual TPS except the fact that the auto has a hard idle switch or something like that... i was just wondering if using a manual TPS would screw up the auto ecu.

i kinda like the fact that i dont have a speed limiter ( aside from power lol ) and that i rev out to 7200.... not like my car makes power up there yet

Nah, I was talking about the idiot with a built KA-T with stock brakes and suspension. I'm sure it applies that power well.

This thread went exactly where I thought it was going to after the answer was given.

But then it took a turn for the better.

Then I found out how to get 4 lug q45 rotors.

Thank you Lancaster.

You're right, I'm sorry, your stock 240 with a turbo slapped on it is far superior to everything.

ATTENTION NICO: Just sell your cars, Lonismo has the best 240 ever.

One day you'll learn.

First off civic wheels have the wrong offset and second, throw is the correct spelling for what you are saying.

OP, the difference in the TPS is the second plug on the Auto TPS is the wide open throttle switch used by the transmission control unit.

One thing i noticed when i popped the hood it was blowing alot of white smoke out the exhaust.

Then i also noticed when i went for my tools, i had forgot to install my bkr7e spark plugs and the o2 sensor wasnt installed, I kno im stupid I forgot to hook the o2 sensor bac up.
