1) NO. The SR and KA bellhousings are different. While the guts of the transmission are virtually the same, you'll have to get an MT bellhousing from a KA regardless so, why not just get the whole transmission? to clarify, an SR20 transmission will not bolt straight up to a KA engine. The bellhousings are diffrerent.

2) you'll need some brake fluid, you'll need a throwout bearing and pilot bushing (I generally don't use the pilot bushings that come w/ the clutch kits. SKF makes a nice one for cheap. You can find them at Advance or Rockauto.) I'd get some good axle grease to lube up the clutch fork pivot and LIGHTLY grease the input shaft before you install the transmission. I'm fond of Redline CV2. It'll come in handy for quite a few other small things around the garage too.

You'll need a clutch line. I'd get a quality braided unit from the start. GKtech makes great products. I've got their braided line in my S14 and love it. There are certainly other places out there that make/sell these, just plugging my favorite.

You'll need a master and slave clutch cylinder as well.

You've also got some wiring to do once all of that is done.
