auto to 5spd

For the auto to 5spd swap do you have to cut any holes for the clutch pedal or are they already there. The reason i ask is it seems every 240 95 and newer i find is auto and i hate driving auto so i was just wondering how hard it is to do the swap.planning on doing an srt20det red topMatt
