auto to 5 speed

i have a 95 240 sx se with a bad motor. I have found a motor from an automatic while mine is a 5 speed. Will they swap with my flywheel etc or will the balance be off?

you can use your stock flywheel on the new motor that's got the flexplate on it.

the motor is a 96 and has a flex plate mounted without the converter so i guess it is good to go. thanks for the help.
