auto to 5 speed swap cruise control?

just picked up a auto hatch, i got all the parts to swap it to 5 speed will my cruise still work? or is there some special wiring i gotta do to keep it?

Yes. It's been covered in a few topics. But basically you'll have to trick the ATCU into thinking it's in drive.
