Auto to 5 speed, can do it with skyline fc?

I purcahsed a Skyline front clip, and was going to put the rb25det into my 240sx. I found another 240 that I like better, but it's an automatic. I was wondering if I could use the parts from the skyline front clip, like master and slave cylinders, clutch pedal assembly, etc.. etc.. and make it a 5 speed. I figured I'd be making a custom drive shat, already have the clutch, transmission, flywheel that I will be putting in. Anyone ever try this before, or know if it's even possible. Would make my life a whole lot easier. Thanks a lot,Matt
