Auto Seatbelts revisited

My autoseat belts only work with the key in the ON postition.

Is there a relay that gives power when the key is in the a.c.c. or off position that allows them to come back forward?

I don't like having to open my door while the car is running.

please help.

Thanks Sammy actually I went to Bob Howard Nissan here in Norman and I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow.

My gf's car had the same problem. Check all your fuses, turned out to one 10amp and it fixed everything including her clock.
