I have a brand new G35x with 500 miles on it. Do any G35 owners have any experience with Auto Rx? Recommended?

"...all natural metal cleaner..."

First off, welcome to NICO. Second, you don't need to clean a brand new engine. Third, invest in a quality synthetic. They will prevent all of that garbage from building up in the first place so you won't need a cleaner to fix it.

Eww, don't dump additives into your engine...not new, not old. Never good for it...

There is indeed no reason to add a de-sludging additive in a brand new VQ. If you look inside the oil filler you will see what I am talking about.

The owners manual recommends not using any type of friction modifiers and oil or gas additives as the engine is not designed to work with them. Many dealers have contracts with companies that supply chemical additives and are added with most services. I do not see the need in this in most cases to use this if you use synthetic and good gas. I know that they all have the products that are claimed to work miracles but I am always skeptical of salesmen.

Use Mobil 1 Synthetic or Mobil 1 EP Synthetic or Royal Purple for oil (depending on how fat your wallet is) and Chevron with Technron Supreme or Shell V-Power according to a few. I think this combination should do the trick.

Or, if you want to save for your 401K and be able to thank Telcoman for it 10 years from now, use regular oil from any Pepboys and any 87 grade gas from anywhere.
