Auto Repair Shop in Sumter/Columbia SC area

I apologize that this is a little OT. I am in Omaha, NE and my grandson is stationed at Shaw. He has a 1991 240sx that he just bought and it isn't running right. He has tried several things to get it fixed himself, but nothing has worked for very long.My question is: Is there a good reputable auto repair shop in Sumter or Columbia where he could take his car and have them diagnose the problem and then depending on the cost fix it. He is an A1C so he doesn't have a lot of money to put in to the car at any given time.
