I have just purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder and
on the Drive Computer screen just under
the words "Drive computer" it shows the words
"Auto Refuel". does anyone know what this means?
The reset for the Drive Computer screen is set to Manuel 1.

Auto Refuel means it will automatically reset your average fuel mileage on the display every time you gas up. Manual 1 and Manual 2 mean it has to be reset by you, but I don't know what the difference is between 1 and 2 (I don't own a Rogue and it's never come up with a customer, and I can't find anything in the Owner's Manual).

I found the place to set the auto refill: under settings, then personal display, then fuel economy. When I select manual reset 1, the display in the center of the tachometer shows manual reset 1 but the drive computer display still shows auto refill under the words "Drive Computer". And the drive computer display still resets after I fill the tank. It does the same in manual reset 2. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you read your owner's manual? Under Instruments and Controls, there is this passage:

The Speed and Average speed mode
shows the current vehicle speed and the
average vehicle speed since the last reset.
The Speed and Average speed mode has
three modes of operation. You can switch
between Manual Reset1, Manual Reset2 or
Auto Refuel by pushing the scroll dial.
Manual Reset1 can be reset manually by
using the scroll dial.
Manual Reset2 can be reset manually by
using the scroll dial or will be reset automatically each time the ignition switch is
placed in the OFF position (if so equipped).
Auto Refuel will be reset automatically each
time when refueling.

I really am surprised how many people don't read the manual for a new car - especially modern ones with new technology (or at least new to the buyer). You spend $40k+ on a very large thing that can be dangerous if not operated properly. It can malfunction if not operated properly. It can fall apart if not maintained properly.

RTFM. It's not hard.
