auto -manual swap speedo wire? and gauge cluster question?

ok i have a 92 coupe 240sx. it was a automatic, i put a sr20 and did the manual conversion. i have searched and i couldnt understand which wires to splice how the other people have it written. so if any knows how to wire up for the speedomiter and reverse lights with alittle more help then the write ups that i see around please help. also id like to get rid of the HUD coupe cluster and put in the hatch cluster . is there any wiring involved or does it plug right in?

oh, if any 1 is in south jersey or around vineland area and can do this for me i will pay ya.

The speedo wires are yellow/black and yellow/blue. Find them on the lower harness and splice them to the speed sensor on the back of the transmission.

The reverse wires are Green/Blue and Green/White. Find them on the lower harness and splice them to the reverse switch on the middle/front of the transmission.
