Auto Manual Conversion what wires to cross

I am doing an rb25 swap with auto to manual swap aswell what wires do i cross/jump so that I can start the car?

There is a two wire plug underneath the three large plugs behind the engine compartment fuse box. There is a thick black and thick white wire going into the plug, cut them and jumper them together.
